Soldiers To Sidelines (STS) is proud to serve military-connected individuals — including service members, veterans, military spouses, and Gold Star family members. To ensure we continue offering free certification programs exclusively to our military community, we’ve partnered with ID.me for secure military verification.

- Once verified, you’ll automatically receive your registration confirmation email with next steps.

- You must click “ALLOW” when prompted by ID.me to share your verified status with Soldiers To Sidelines.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why do I need to verify through ID.me every time I sign up for an STS seminar?
A: Right now, our system requires a fresh ID.me verification to confirm your registration for each new event.
Q: What happens if I don’t click "ALLOW" during the ID.me process?
A: Most importantly, you wont be verified and ID.me wont share your information with us. If you don’t allow ID.me to share your information with us, we won’t receive your verification — and you won’t be registered. Make sure to click “ALLOW” when prompted!
Q: I already verified through ID.me in the past. Do I really have to do it again?
A: Yes — for now. Our system can’t yet detect prior verification at the sign-up stage, so you’ll see this page every time. Verifying again ensures you’re registered and get all follow-up communications.
Q: How do I know if my registration went through?
A: Once you complete ID.me verification and click “ALLOW,” you’ll receive a confirmation email from Soldiers To Sidelines. If you don’t see that within 24 hours, check your spam folder — or contact us at info@soldierstosidelines.
Q: I’m having trouble verifying with ID.me. What should I do?
A: If you’re stuck or can’t verify through ID.me, send us an email with proof of your military affiliation (e.g., DD-214, VA card, dependent ID) at info@soldierstosidelines.
Q: What qualifies as “military affiliated”?
A: We accept active duty, veterans, military spouses, and Gold Star family members. Verification through ID.me is required for all of these categories.
